Appropriate Swimwear Policy
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times to maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment for all our patrons. Clothing, other than swimwear, can create problems with water clarity, pool disinfectant and our water filtration systems.
Burpengary Regional Aquatic & Leisure Centre offers a wide variety of features ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy, including the indoor 50m swimming pool, indoor 25m swimming pool, and the outdoor leisure pool.
50m Swimming Pool
Burpengary Regional Aquatic & Leisure Centre 50-metre pool offers numerous swimming options catering to swimmers of all abilities. The swimming pool is 10 lanes wide and has a moveable bulkhead that can create 20 x 25-metre lanes, allowing flexibility around our programs and ensuring that our members and guests have plenty of lap swimming space.
This pool 2m deep across the whole pool, and is heated to 27 degrees all year round.
25m Swimming Pool / Warm Water Programs Pool
Our 25m pool is located indoors and is equiped with a ramp for easy entrance and exit. This pool is 6.5 lanes wide and is 1.2m deep. It is heated to 32 degrees all year round.
Leisure Pool
The Leisure area has many attractions to keep all children entertained for hours that include the beach entrance and water features. It is complete covered by a shade cloth ensure it is sunsafe.
The Leisure Pool is also the perfect place for the kids to swim and play in the water.
The Mushrooms
The water spouts and mushroom fountains, is a water wonderland for families with young children.
